DailyAgenda in simple steps

DailyAgenda helps you plan your day, share when you are available, keep short notes, and turn those notes into weekly reviews. You do not need to be technical. Start small.

1. Choose your language

Use EN / TH in the top menu. Thai users can read the site, type Thai notes, and create Thai reports.

2. Set your availability

Mark when you are free: full day, morning, afternoon, custom time, or unavailable. Availability is not a confirmed meeting.

3. Share a simple link

Send your availability link to another person. They can request a time, but nothing is locked until you approve it.

4. Write a small daily note

At the end of the day, write only what matters: what moved forward, what stalled, what needs support, and what should happen next.

5. Review your week

Your weekly review is built from daily notes. You can edit it before saving, exporting, or sharing anything.

6. Use operational support calmly

DailyAgenda can show patterns, gaps, follow-through, meeting health, and support needs. These are private prompts, not scores or surveillance.

Very simple examples

Daily note example: “Client replied. Quote needs updating. Ask supplier for final price.”

Support needed example: “Need help confirming meeting time with the builder.”

Weekly review example: “This week moved forward, but supplier pricing blocked the next step.”

What should I do first?

  1. Set your language.
  2. Mark tomorrow’s availability.
  3. Add one short daily note.
  4. Open Weekly Review at the end of the week.

First-week guidance

For the first week, do not try to use everything. Just mark availability and save one small note each day. The weekly review will become useful naturally.

Privacy in plain language

Your private notes, blockers, support needs, reports, and intelligence stay in your account. Shared availability only shows times you choose to share.

Why this helps

DailyAgenda helps keep important things visible so meetings, follow-through, and useful notes do not quietly disappear over time.
