How it works

Plan, share, approve, review.

DailyAgenda keeps the surface simple. Underneath, it connects availability, meeting requests, daily notes, and review summaries so your work is easier to explain and easier to remember.

  1. Set your availability.
Choose full day, morning, afternoon, custom time, or unavailable. These are availability windows, not confirmed meetings.
  2. Share suitable times.
Create a secure link for someone. They only see availability you intentionally shared, not your private notes or reports.
  3. They choose a time.
The recipient selects one suitable window and sends a request for approval.
  4. You approve or decline.
Approved meetings become locked. Declined requests remain recorded without blocking your calendar.
  5. Keep light daily notes.
Capture what moved forward, what stalled, what needs support, and what should happen next.
  6. Create a weekly review.
Your daily entries help prepare a clear weekly report for your own review, a manager meeting, or a planning conversation.
  7. Summarize progress over time.
Saved weekly reports can later support monthly, 6-month, and 12-month summaries so you can see patterns, progress, blockers, and follow-through.

Support without pressure

DailyAgenda is designed to help people stay prepared, organized, and operationally clear without noise, pressure, or productivity culture.

Why weekly reviews matter

People often forget what they achieved, what blocked them, and where support was needed. A weekly review makes progress easier to explain without turning the product into surveillance software.
